Using black in interior design
What do you think of the use of black in home decor? I've recently come across a few rooms that used black as a focal point and I have to say I really love the impact it makes. It's so bold and makes such a statement while still managing to feel warm and inviting. I'm considering incorporating black somehow into my kitchen design. The back of the house gets the most light so I think it's the one area of the house that could handle the dark color. What do you think?

I think its a fabulous idea! We recently (ok, I decided) that our master bedroom needed a change; next week I am painting two walls grey and the other two accents walls black! Im excited :)
Ooh, that sounds awesome! We just went dark grey in our bedroom and I love the way it turned out. It makes our room feel like a cozy little cave!
