As an avid magazine subscriber (I subscribe to more than 16 magazines a month), this year has been a big disappointment since many of my favorites have gone under (still not over Domino's demise!).

In most cases, when one of your magazines suddenly closes up shop, the publisher will substitute your subscription for a similar magazine in their collection. In the case of Cottage Living, I now receive Coastal Living. I have to say, I'm a big fan.

The aesthetic of the magazine is very similar to my own and now that I have been transplanted from Manhattan and am officially a Florida girl again, I am loving all the beachy-cottage style inspiration from the magazine and the website. I especially love this room...green is my favorite color and I love the way they accent it here.
