Hello lovelies! I am so excited to be visiting you here on The Design Boards while Candice is off enjoying a little getaway to Europe. In case you are not familiar, I am Laura from Lolalina, a design and style blog focusing on the sweet things in life :) Since we cannot all squeeze into Candice's suitcase (waa!) I thought I would pull together a summer design board inspired by some of those small pleasures we can enjoy right here at home: picnics, beach bonfires, clam bakes, and camping under the stars...

I love that beach towel and lightweight sleeping bag, both are perfect for camping in pleasant weather - and if you bring the Chemex coffee maker and wood flashlight you will be both well-prepared and chic :) For summer parties the Tubtrugs are super versatile, and who can resist edible glitter on their cupcakes?
